Below is a list of the questions we get asked most often, if you cannot find the answer your are looking for please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
What are the payment terms?
If your reservation is made less than 2 weeks before you arrive the full balance will be taken upon booking. If the reservation is made more then 2 weeks before your stay a 10% deposit will be taken upon booking followed by the remaining 90% 2 weeks before arrival.
How can I pay?
By Credit/debit card or Bacs Transfer
Do you allow short stays?
Absolutely. A lot of our properties allow for 1-2 night stays
Do you allow groups?
Some of our bigger properties are often used for family get togethers. We are unable to except party groups unfortunately
Is bed linen and towels provided?
Yes bed linen is provided in all properties and all beds will be made for your arrival. If you need optional beds such as sofa beds made up this must be requested at time of booking. If you are booking a property which has a zip and link bed please request the configuration you require. A bath towel and a hand towel are provided per guest. Beach towels are not provided.
Do you provide high chair and Travel cot?
Yes we can provide one of each per property. Please select at time of booking
Can I bring my dog?
Many of our properties welcome furry friends. Some do not. Please adjust your search accordingly
Is Wifi available?
All of our properties have Wifi. Speeds vary due to area.
What time can I check in and out?
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. All properties allow for self check in so if you need to arrive later this isn’t an issue. However please be mindful that we are not reachable after 10pm.
How do I get keys for the property?
All properties allow for self check in, please familiarise yourself with check in details before arrival. If travelling as a group please use the key safe as a means to sharing access.
When will I receive check in details?
All check in details, property address and directions will be sent via email 48hours prior to arrival. We strongly advise you familiarise yourself with these particularly if arriving late at night to ensure and easy check in.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted in any properties
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Unfortunately we do not have dedicated EV charging at any properties currently however you can find the nearest charging point to your accommodation by clicking here
Can I amend my booking once confirmed?
We understand that plans change and pride ourselves on our flexibilty. Please contact us if you need to make a change and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation.
We offer a full refund less deposit if 14 days notice is given.
Unfortunately after this period we are unable to offer a refund.
If more than 30 days notice is given your deposit will also be refunded.
We do advise you have the appropriate holiday insurance at the time of booking.
What if I encounter a problem during my stay?
